The Bravo Pro oven from American Bravo features intuitive digital controls that allow for on-the-fly adjustments to cooking temperature and time without having to start the cooking process over. Users can also customize the ratio of top and bottom heaters and the convection fan speed for different heating zones, allowing for the perfect cooking conditions for various dishes.

With 12 pre-programmed presets, the Bravo oven can handle a variety of cooking functions, including air frying, grilling, baking, broiling, roasting, dehydrating, reheating, and toasting. The digital controls allow for precise temperature adjustments from 50°F to 450°F, in 5°F increments, ensuring perfect cooking results.

The enhanced interactive digital display provides a user-friendly experience and offers detailed information for a seamless cooking experience. The upgraded convection system ensures even cooking across all layers, saving time and energy.

The Linear T technology accurately maintains the set temperature throughout the cooking process by continuously monitoring temperature fluctuations and making constant adjustments every second.
